Shropshire Council resurfaced Bowling Green Lane from Monday 2 to Friday 6 March 2026.
Bowling Green Lane is the main approach to David Austin Roses, whose Plant Centre entrance is on Old Worcester Road just off the lane.

The job was announced alongside other resurfacing across the county. The council also reported that more than 21,000 potholes had been repaired in the Shropshire Council area since May 2025. Later in the year Albrighton High Street was resurfaced too.
